Headline: 14 DISMISSED STUDENTS CALLED BACK UNDER THE REQUEST OF AKUFFO ADDO.
It is reported that President Akuffo Addo has instructed Ghana Education Service (GES) to call back the 14 final year students who have been dismissed from the on going WASSCE.
It is alleged that the President has taken notice of the decision by GES but has directed a review of the decision made. According to sources, the president does not want the education of the students to end because their actions The source reveals that the president wants GES to come up with an alternative punishment instead of dismissing them from writing the examination (WASSCE). This is because the president has the vision of ensuring that every Ghanaian child possesses Senior High School (SHS) certificate, hence, the decision to recall the students.
We are reliably informed that the GES has been duly informed by the President’s directive and steps are taken in that regard.
Information from GES dictates the affected students have been suspended from writing the remaining papers.

8. Robert Inkoom – Juaben SHS
9. Thomas Anokye – Tweneboah Kodua SHS
10. Juliet Amoakoah – Twenenboah Koduah SHS
11. Simon Ameyibor (Senior Prefect) – Tweneboah Kodua SHS
12. John Kwofie – Sekondi College
13. Kardimell Suapim – Sekondi College
14. Nicholas Cobbinah – Sekondi College
